We recently travelled from Australia to Sri Lanka with Travel Shine. Shayomie was our travel planner. The trip she planned was truly the trip of a lifetime. She found us the best accommodation, tailored the activities to our interests, and answered all our questions promptly. The price was also unbelievably cheap. She got us the best deals on accomodation and the trip was worth every dollar. We could not recommend Shayomie and Travel Shine more. We will be back and have already told all our friends and family about it. Thank you so much for the most incredible holiday.

I had an excellent experience with Travel Shine.especially thanks to Amali that She offered us a good price and handled everything like a true expert in the field. I booked six tickets through her, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. One thing that stood out was their honesty and flexibility. I needed to alter some bookings outside of her office hours, and she admitted to it straight away. That level of transparency and customer service is rare to find. Even though I have traveled multiple times in the past, this is the first time I felt compelled to leave a review. I had an extremely pleasant customer service experience with a gentleman called Mohamed Afrideen. He was always courteous during our calls and extremely helpful. He followed up on all requests promptly. He also remembered to ask me for meal preferences. I have been a Travel Shine customer for a long time and Afrideen made me realise what an amazing team Travel Shine continues to have.

I was supposed to fly to Sri Lanka this morning, but due to a transit visa issue I couldn’t board the flight I originally booked. Superb service, responsive before and during the trip, fantastic experience. First they got us a great price on airfares. Then Shayomie organised a trip to our specifications and exceeded expectations. Beautiful jaw dropping accommodation with delicious breakfasts and great hospitality. Excellent communication and customer service. Patient with requests and finding the best deal at time. Quick responses to email communications. I have found some great flights/ connections and prices via this company. Last destination booked was Tahiti and 3 other Pacific island flights. Now have booked a tour via Travel shine to Bodhgaya (personalised private itinerary).
